Call Detail Records Has Moved

To improve your experience in requesting for Call Detail Records, we have moved the old portal onto MyVodafone web self-service to help you manage your mobile, fixed broadband and company accounts in one place

Kindly follow the steps below to register and access the Call Detail Record application


 

If you are already registered on MyVodafone, you should Login to with your MyVodafone username and password. Customers who already use MyVodafone App should login in with their existing username and password
