To improve your experience in requesting for Call Detail Records, we have moved the old portal onto MyVodafone web self-service to help you manage your mobile, fixed broadband and company accounts in one place
Kindly follow the steps below to register and access the Call Detail Record application
- Go to https://myvodafone.vodafone.com.gh
- Click on New User
- Select Mobile, Fixed Broadband or Company depending on the type of service
- Enter the details in the fields provided and click on Register to proceed
- You will receive a One-Time-Pin via SMS on your mobile number which will be entered on the portal to complete registration (for Fixed Broadband and Company accounts, you will receive the pin on the mobile number linked to the account number. NB: If you do not receive pin on 2 attempts, the contact number may incorrect and we may have to correct your details)
- Once you are logged in, locate the menu on the top of the page
- Select Request from the menu and select Call Detail Records on the drop down
- Complete the form to submit request
- You will receive an SMS to confirm receipt of your request
If you are already registered on MyVodafone, you should Login to with your MyVodafone username and password. Customers who already use MyVodafone App should login in with their existing username and password
